What you’ll do:
The position “Senior Unreal Engine Generalist” at BeyondCreative involves working in a team with other artists, designers and programmers.
With this role, you will work very closely with our art team to use Unreal Engine technology to the fullest extend and in the most optimal way for our branded experiences.
We're facing a transition to new and very exciting times for Fortnite Creative and with this role you will be in the forefront of bringing many of the most exciting brands to one of the biggest games, Fortnite Creative.

- A broad knowledge in 3D production software such as Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya or other related programs.
- Excellence in 3D modelling and texturing.
- Understanding of game optimization.
- Strong communicative skills.
- Fluency in English.

The position “Animator” at Beyond Creative involves working in a team with other artists, designers and programmers. With this role, you'll be working on all things related to 3D. This might include modelling, materials and animations but could also include optimising existing assets for games.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of two years of professional rigging and animation experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in 3D production software such as Unreal Engine, Blender, etc.
- Sound understanding of rigging and animation systems within contemporary game engines.
- Confidence in utilising shader editors (Unreal Engine, Unity, Substance, etc.).
- A solid grasp of animation principles, encompassing timing, physics, lighting, and colour.
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern rigging and animation techniques.
- Capable of crafting rigging setups and animations manually or through simulation.
- Self-motivated, demonstrating consistent efficiency in managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to embrace new software and workflows.
- Ability to receive and effectively implement feedback.
- Comfortable developing both stylized and realistic animations.
- Familiarity with game optimization practices.

What you’ll do:
The Operations Manager is a new position in a growing company and will be fully remote except for periodic company meetings in either Limerick (Ireland) or Amsterdam (Netherlands). This position is responsible for managing the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation, organising events and taking responsibility for the HR and IT functions.
You’ll be working remotely and across geographies and will have one part-time direct report based in Limerick. You’ll need great organisation and communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.

- Proven track record in successful operations management is essential and international experience is preferred.

Responsibilities in detail:
- Managing office infrastructure in Ireland and The Netherlands by liaising with external contractors and/or landlord when necessary.
- Purchasing office stationery, catering, equipment, merchandise; managing costs within agreed budget.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and making bookings where needed.
- Managing relationships with external suppliers eg IT Support, Telecoms, Office Supplies, Travel Agents, Subscriptions & Memberships, Insurance, PR Agency.
- Organising and ensuring efficient running of meetings; taking minutes and coordinating any agreed next steps from meetings.
- Assisting in the preparation of pitch documents and external presentations.
- Ensuring high quality internal and external PR by overseeing social media and maintaining the company website.
- Overseeing IT infrastructure including data storage, hardware, software and new starter set-up together with external IT providers.
- Managing company Infosec and associated responsibilities.
- Managing company insurance policies and ensuring appropriate cover is in place.
- Managing relationship and contractual agreement with outsourced payroll company.
- Overseeing company recruitment and organising induction programmes for new staff members.
- Maintaining up to date personnel records for all staff and working with lawyers on employment contracts where necessary.
- Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures and ensuring that staff handbook is up to date.
- Setting up company performance review and management procedures.
- Coordinating company training and development requirements.
- Embracing company culture and helping to promote Beyond ways of working across the fully remote team.
- Implementing and managing employee benefits programme.
- Managing one office coordinator and providing cover where needed.
